The event aimed to integrate the local and regional community of people with intellectual and physical disabilities, promote sport, and draw attention to the needs of people with special needs.

Eight teams took part in the sporting competition:

  • Special Educational and Care Centre named after Janusz Korczak in Złotoryja,
  • Educational and Care Facilities Complex in Lwówek Śląski,
  • School and Care Facilities Complex in Głogów,
  • Occupational Therapy Workshops in Bolesławiec,
  • II Community Self-Help Home in Bolesławiec,
  • Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 with integration classes in Bolesławiec,
  • Mali Odkrywcy Non-Public Integrative Kindergarten in Bolesławiec,
  • District Complex of Special Schools and Facilities in Bolesławiec.

The athletes had the opportunity to compete in athletics events as well as specially designed and prepared sensorimotor competitions.

Bolesławiec County: – Each participant received a commemorative medal, because on that day we were all champions. The meeting encouraged the activation of people with intellectual and physical disabilities through exercise and integration into society.

The Olympiad was organized by the Czasami Foundation, which obtained funding for its implementation from the Santander Foundation, while the partner was the District Complex of Special Schools and Facilities in Bolesławiec. The event was supported by volunteers, students of the 1st General Secondary School in Bolesławiec, and Amazon employees.
