The seats presented in Bolesławiec are very modern. Some multiplex cinemas use them.
“It is not yet possible to talk about selecting and ordering a specific model,” explains Ewa Zbroja, director of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre. The seats must meet a range of requirements, including those related to the room’s acoustics. And what the new auditorium will look like is still under discussion.
“The price range for one seat is wide—from 800 to 1,600 złotys,” says Ewa Zbroja. She adds that the hall’s design, which does not allow, for example, the use of removable or oversized seats, makes the choice more difficult. It is already known, however, that the armrests will not have space for drink cups.
