Firefighting exercises took place on April 18 at a hotel in the industrial zone in Osła.
Volunteer firefighters from Różyniec reported:
At the beginning, the crews familiarized themselves with the building, its fire protection systems and potential hazards.
The second stage of the exercise involved a hypothetical fire in the hotel’s basement and on its roof. The firefighters:
Our task was to send a team wearing OUO breathing apparatus into the basement rooms with one hose line, in order to reach the source of the fire and extinguish it, as well as search the rooms for injured people.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Krzyżowa and Różyniec took part in the exercise.
