Despite the intense rainfall on Friday and concerns about the condition of the pitch in Ocice, the match was played as planned on Saturday, April 15. The hosts started the match better. From the opening minutes, they attacked Dawid Kizyma’s goal and, following one such move, Rafał Ciaciek put the hosts ahead. BKS seemed surprised by this turn of events, especially as the visitors continued to come under pressure after the goal. Eventually, the Bolesławiec side also began creating chances, but they lacked effective finishing.
Before the break, Eryk Kliwak could have equalized from the penalty spot, but the home goalkeeper read his intentions and saved the shot. The hosts’ one-goal lead lasted for a long time. The fans watched an interesting match in which both sides created scoring opportunities. Late in the game, the visitors successfully converted one of their chances and, thanks to a goal by Kamila Kowalskiego, equalized, taking one point from the difficult trip to Ocice.
