On the A4 motorway, at the MOP Czerna service area, on the road from Zgorzelec to Bolesławiec, one motorway lane has been closed for many months, allegedly for “repairs”.
They added: – In practice, from at least November 2022 until now, there has been no visible damage to the road surface, and there is no sign that road workers have done anything there. As a result, during periods of heavy traffic, a several-kilometre-long traffic jam forms on the motorway.
We asked GDDKiA about the matter on Tuesday. We are waiting for a response.
