According to the information and photos sent by the reader, the street lamps were lit this afternoon on Łukasiewicza Street, on the side facing the playground (and at the playground itself), as well as on the other side of the building, where the parking spaces are.

The lights were switched on at 1:30 p.m. along the entire length of Łukasiewicza Street, at the playground... and farther toward the market square. A scandal.

Regarding the street lamps lit during the day on Łukasiewicza Street, we sent a report to the City Hall.

Here is the response from the City Hall:

If repairs are being carried out on a circuit, it must be switched on to check whether it works, and some circuits cover several streets.

Thus, the street lamps lit during the day on Łukasiewicza Street are the result of repairs being carried out there.
