The employment contract with B. Kowalska for the position of director of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility (SP ZOZ) was terminated; however, she remains an employee of the facility.
The employment contract was terminated on the basis of a request from the Social Council of the Nowogrodziec Independent Public Healthcare Facility dated 10 March 2023, in connection with the closure of the Zebrzydowa Rural Health Centre in violation of applicable law (emphasis – istotne.pl).
It is not yet known who will become the new head of the Nowogrodziec facility. The office says:
