After an away 1–2 defeat in Raciborowice, BKS II on Sunday (2 April), in the Jelenia Góra Group III A-class competition, comfortably defeated LZS Niwnice. The match ended 13–1 (4–1) in favor of the Bolesławiec team. The result is particularly noteworthy because the BKS goal was guarded by the popular Kempes, namely Mariusz Rutkowski, who performed his duty well. Over the course of the entire match, he was beaten only once (from a penalty).
Watch the penalty goals. Paweł Rissmann scores for BKS, and Patryk Masalski for LZS Niwnice.
BKS goals:
- 3x Paweł Rissmann,
- 3x Kamil Kowalski,
- 3x Jakub Kwoczka,
- 2x Jarosław Tarasiewicz,
- Mateusz Olesiński,
- Sławomir Dul.
Goal for the visitors: Patryk Masalski (penalty).
Due to the renovation of the city stadium beginning, the weekend matches were the last to be played with spectators. The stadium will now become a construction site. BKS’s first team will still play three matches on Spółdzielcza (the postponed match against Sokół Jerzmanowa on 5 April, against Apis Jędrzychowice on 15 April, and against Łużyce Lubań on 29 April). The second team will probably still play at home against GKS Tomaszów Bolesławiecki on 30 April. After that, the club will have to play its matches at another venue.
