We inform you that, due to the implementation of changes to the Identity Documents Register by the IT Service Centre, services related to identity documents, as well as the acceptance of applications for assigning a PESEL number to Ukrainian citizens, during which fingerprints are collected, are impossible.
And adds:
We ask that people wishing to use the above-mentioned services first contact an employee at the telephone number 75 738 06 75, in order to determine whether the system is available.
And adds:
We also inform you that the final implementation of the software change has been scheduled for 31 March 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
Therefore, if the system is functioning properly, services will be available on Friday, 31 March 2023, only until 2:00 p.m..
