Pursuant to Article 15(1) of the Act of 5 June 1998 on county self-government (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1526), the Chairperson of the County Council convenes the 58th Session of the Bolesławiec County Council, which will be held on 30 March 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the building of the County Office in Bolesławiec at 2 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Square.
Agenda of the 58th Session
1. Opening of the session and confirmation of the quorum.
2. Consideration of motions to amend the agenda.
3. Information:
3.1. From the Chairperson of the Council on requests to correct the minutes of the 57th Session of the County Council,
3.2. From the Chairperson of the Council on activities during the intersessional period,
3.3. From the County Executive Board and the Starost on activities during the intersessional period,
3.4. From the County Executive Board on the implementation of resolutions adopted by the County Council during its 57th Session,
4. Report on cooperation between Bolesławiec County and the municipalities in the county, and information on investment projects carried out with the participation of external funds in 2022.
5. Consideration of draft resolutions of the County Council:
5.1. on the tasks and amount of funds from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities allocated to Bolesławiec County for 2023,
5.2. on the scope of assistance to citizens of Ukraine,
5.3. on amending Resolution No. III/16/2018 concerning the composition of the Audit Committee of the Bolesławiec County Council,
5.4. on amending the budget of Bolesławiec County for 2023,
5.5. on amending the Multiannual Financial Forecast of Bolesławiec County.
