A Bolesławiec officer from the District Police Headquarters’ Criminal Investigation Department summoned a woman suspected of violating court bans and driving under the influence of a narcotic substance to the police station. Officers:
The woman arrived late for questioning because, while driving to the station, she was stopped by a traffic patrol. The driver was known to the officers from previous checks. The officers learned from the suspect why she was in the vicinity of the police station.
The 46-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was charged with as many as six offences. Police: – All of them concerned violating court bans on driving and driving despite a decision to revoke her driving privileges. In one case, she will additionally be held responsible for driving under the influence of a narcotic substance.
The woman now faces up to five years in prison.
