Officers took action to isolate the perpetrator after receiving information about a 19-year-old who had abused members of his family. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters:
The aggressor changed his place of residence, but was ultimately arrested and brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec.
Based on the information gathered, it was established that the 19-year-old had physically and psychologically abused members of his immediate family for many months and had deliberately damaged the terrace and balcony doors at his place of residence. The perpetrator was charged.
The prosecutor placed the teenage aggressor under police supervision. What is more, the suspect was ordered to leave the house and prohibited from approaching the victims. The resident of the county now faces up to five years in prison.
