Mayor Piotr Roman mentioned during Wednesday’s City Council session that there was another proposal from the Senior Council. The body in question put forward a request to expand the Bolesławiec Social Welfare Home.
– I take this request very seriously – emphasized Bolesławiec’s mayor. – I think we will have to consider taking it forward.
He also noted that Bolesławiec is the only urban-rural municipality that has built and operates a Social Welfare Home. Most often, this task is carried out either by county-level local governments or by non-public facilities.
