The holiday is celebrated every year on February 22. As we read in Wikipedia:

February 22 is the birthday of the founder of scouting, Sir Robert Baden-Powell (1857), and his wife, Olave Baden-Powell (1889). The idea of establishing this day originated at the 4th International Conference of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1926 in the United States. Initially, it was a holiday for girls, but over time Scouts also joined in its celebration.

Scouts also work and help the local community in Bolesławiec. They train in first aid, organize many initiatives, such as forest cleanups. They also take care of the graves of Home Army soldiers. Recently, Scouts helped organize the finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and the Christmas wafer meeting for people with disabilities from Bolesławiec County.

On their holiday, we wish them all that is good and beautiful. Perseverance in their work. May they continue to help others and make the world a better place.
