The incident occurred on the night of July 9–10. Municipal police officers noticed a damaged road sign on Sierpnia '80 Street in Bolesławiec. Thanks to surveillance footage, they established the vandal’s description. Officers apprehended him in Bolesławiec’s Market Square. The man was behaving very loudly. He was fined 600 PLN.
