Reconstruction, construction and repairs of roads in Bolesławiec Municipality will cost nearly PLN 2.2 million and will be carried out by Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych. The local government: – The agreement runs until the first half of November this year..
What will be done?
The planned tasks are:
- construction of a municipal road on plot no. 407 in Brzeźnik village;
- construction of a municipal road on plots nos. 203 and 343 in Nowe Jaroszowice village;
- construction of a municipal road on plots nos. 846, 844 and 528/1 in Kraśnik Dolny village;
- construction of a municipal road on plot no. 574/65 in Kruszyn village;
- construction of a municipal road on plot no. 347/10 in Ocice village;
- construction of a municipal road on plots nos. 435/3, 439/4, 438 and 489/4 in Trzebień village.
Annual repairs of roads located in Bolesławiec Municipality will also be carried out, consisting of:
- patching asphalt road surfaces,
- incorporating crushed stone into unpaved roads,
- laying an asphalt overlay,
- installing a concrete kerb (as needed).
The Municipal Social Welfare Centre building will be renovated
Bolesławiec Municipality:
The renovation of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre building will improve access to the Centre’s premises for people with disabilities by applying solutions that eliminate architectural and communication and information barriers. The project will cost nearly PLN 300,000, and the contractor is Usługi Budowlane Marcin Tomiak. It is worth recalling that the investment received PLN 185,000 in funding under the “Accessible local government – grants” project implemented by the Państwowy Fundusz Osób Niepełnosprawnych. The work is to be completed by the end of May.
The local government adds:
The project will include the following elements:
- an access ramp for people with disabilities, as well as renovation of the edging strips, pavements and outdoor stairs around the building; installation of handrails with grips beside the outdoor stairs and the wheelchair ramp;
- automatic sliding internal and external entrance doors with an upper fanlight and an intercom;
- adaptation of the existing bathroom for people with disabilities;
- interior renovation of rooms, including laying non-slip flooring in two colours and painting the walls;
- installation of signage for people with disabilities, including pictorial evacuation signs, information boards with pictograms and door plaques with room numbers in Braille; use of yellow, contrasting warning tape on entrance doors and outdoor stairs, as well as purchase of a portable induction loop to assist hearing;
- replacement of lighting fixtures;
- renovation of the façade;
- installation of air-conditioning elements in office rooms and the corridor.
