Difficult weather conditions in the city and Bolesławiec County
Heavy rain and gusty winds are making things difficult, leaving firefighters with their hands full. Today alone, the fire service was dispatched to fallen trees, including on the road out of Bolesławiec towards Lwówek Śląski (DW 297), near Nowe Jaroszowice, Kraszowice and Gromadka, as well as in Kraśnik Górny and Osiecznica.
Firefighters also intervened at a petrol station in the industrial zone near Różyniec that had been flooded.
Following intense rainfall in Bolesławiec, water flooded Zgorzelecka Street near the Carrefour store. Spółdzielcza Street, near the municipal stadium, was also flooded.
