As we read on the website of Gmina Bolesławiec:

A sheep farmer is asking for help in identifying the owner or owners of three dogs that caused devastation in a flock of sheep in Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka on January 30. They injured and mauled several of them.

The municipal authorities add:

They are two small dogs reaching below the knee—one reddish/fawn and one black-and-tan—and one black-and-tan/gray wire-haired dachshund. The dogs may be staying somewhere within approximately 20 km of Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka. A reward will be given to anyone who identifies the owner.

Four sheep are still missing and are wandering around the area of Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka and Łąka. The sheep have long gray wool, black legs and black heads, weigh approximately 30–40 kg, and are of the wrzosówka/Romanov type. Ear tag number 10 00208; small orange tags in both ear flaps.
