Several dozen soldiers performing voluntary basic military service are training at the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec. On 24 January, one week after the ceremonial handover of their weapons, the soldiers trained at the garrison shooting range. As part of the exercises, they carried out their first firing drills with Beryl assault rifles.
As we read on the profile of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment:
During the training, the soldiers also improved their practical skills in adopting firing positions, loading and unloading weapons, and throwing a training grenade. The volunteers still have more than two weeks of training ahead of them, concluding with examinations.
