Police officers, acting on the prosecutor’s orders, arrested a man suspected of persistently harassing and threatening a woman, as well as threatening death and bodily harm to people living in Bolesławiec County.
The 28-year-old, who permanently resides in Germany, only occasionally visited Bolesławiec County. Using various messaging applications, he persistently harassed and threatened the victim, who is a stranger to him.
In addition, the suspect also threatened other people with death and bodily harm and violated the bodily integrity of one of them.
Furthermore, the perpetrator sent a series of letters to the Prosecutor’s Office and the Police, reporting crimes while knowing that they had not been committed.
The court decided to remand the suspect in temporary custody for a period of three months. He faces up to 8 years in prison for the crimes committed.
