President Piotr Roman, presenting his report during the session, mentioned that the plot adjacent to Hotel Ibis in Bolesławiec had been purchased by the owners of the aforementioned property.

The mayor added that the owners had not expected such a large number of customers and that they had plans to expand the hotel.
