Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn established that a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County used someone else’s card twice.
Officers: “The suspect first found a payment card and hid it. The next day, he went to a petrol station and used access to the cardholder’s bank account, paying contactlessly for his purchases.
He succeeded the first time. The second time, however, he did not, because the owner had blocked the card. An employee at the second petrol station, seeing the message on the terminal, secured the aforementioned payment instrument.
Police: “The 36-year-old admitted to the charges against him and gave an explanation. Burglary carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
