Municipal Office in Nowogrodziec:

The past 12 months have brought many investments across Nowogrodziec Municipality. These included projects involving road infrastructure.

What investments were completed?

  • Reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land – plot no. 13, Nowogrodziec precinct 3, and plot no. 564/1 in Parzyce. As part of the investment, an asphalt surface was laid over a 714-metre stretch, 3 metres wide. The project cost approximately PLN 515,000.
  • Renovation of the pavement on Szpitalna Street in Nowogrodziec. As part of the project, the pavement surface was replaced, changing concrete slabs to 6-centimetre-thick concrete paving blocks over an area of 141 m2. The project cost approximately PLN 44,000.
  • Reconstruction of the road and car park on Cicha Street in Nowogrodziec. An asphalt surface was laid along a 107-metre stretch of road, 4 to 5.5 metres wide, and an asphalt car park covering 275 m2 was constructed. Additionally, two solar-powered lamps were installed to improve safety. The investment cost approximately PLN 165,000.
  • Reconstruction of the access road to agricultural land: plots nos. 979, 1020 and 1011 – Kwiatowa Street in Wykroty. As part of the investment, an asphalt surface was laid over a 659-metre stretch, 3 metres wide. The project cost approximately PLN 405,000.
  • Reconstruction of the municipal road on Krótka Street in Wykroty. As part of the investment, an asphalt surface was laid over a 1,210-metre stretch, 3.5 metres wide. The project cost approximately PLN 555,000.
  • Reconstruction of the municipal road in Gościszów – plot no. 459. As part of the investment, an asphalt surface was laid over a 180-metre stretch, 3 metres wide. The project cost approximately PLN 83,000.
  • Reconstruction of the municipal road in Gościszów – plots nos. 461 and 460. As part of the project, an asphalt surface was laid over a 240-metre stretch, 3 metres wide. The investment cost approximately PLN 104,000.
  • Reconstruction of the municipal road in Gościszów – plot no. 1539/1. An asphalt surface was laid over a 270-metre stretch, 3 metres wide. The project cost approximately PLN 190,000.
  • Development of the area by the cemetery in Czerna. The project involved reinforcing a 228 m2 surface with openwork concrete slabs. The project cost approximately PLN 77,000.

Municipality:

The technical condition of the roads made it impossible to use them fully. The spring and autumn periods were particularly difficult for farmers and residents, as the roads were partly impassable.

The total cost of the aforementioned projects exceeded PLN 2 million. Local officials: – A targeted grant from the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, amounting to PLN 306,590, was obtained for some of the road infrastructure projects as part of funding for the protection, reclamation and improvement of agricultural land. A further PLN 489,894 was obtained from the Polish Deal Government Programme.
