– We have further very large investment plans when it comes to housing – President Piotr Roman told councillors during the December meeting of the Bolesławiec City Council. He clarified that Bolesławiec entrepreneurs intend to build 650 new apartments on the site of the former Bolesławiec Ceramic Works – specifically, the former Plant No. 2.

The mayor immediately pointed out that he was not referring to the Bolesławiec entrepreneurs whom the councillors had just thought of. For now, however, he cannot reveal any details.

The head of the municipal administration added that if the investment on Modłowa Street also goes ahead, then 1,300 new apartments will be built in the City of Ceramics, in two locations.

He added that, following the unsuccessful housing programmes, this would be a genuine opportunity for young people.
