The “Gazeta Wrocławska” website has published the Ranking of Municipalities of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, that is, “a comprehensive analysis of 16 indicators, thanks to which we receive a remarkably interesting picture of Lower Silesia.”

The authors of the ranking added:

The municipalities were analyzed in two categories—those with up to 20,000 residents and those with more than 20,000 residents.

The ranking was prepared by the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy in cooperation with Statistics Poland.

Interestingly, three local governments—the City of Bolesławiec, Bolesławiec Municipality and Gromadka Municipality—were included in the top ten of the ranking in their respective categories. Both Bolesławiec municipalities—what are the odds!—placed tenth. Gromadka came sixth.
