The director of the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec, Anna Bober-Tubaj, was appointed by order of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage on November 22, 2022, to the Council operating at the National Museum in Wrocław for another term covering 2022–2026.
Anna Bober-Tubaj has served as director of the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec since 2002. For years, the director of the Bolesławiec institution has been involved in cooperation with cultural institutions in Poland and abroad. Among other roles, she serves as a member of the Council of the Silesian-Upper Lusatian Association of Museums (Schlesisch-Oberlausitzer Museumsverbund GmbH), a board member of the Lower Silesian Branch of the Association of Polish Museologists, and a member of the Bolesławiec Collectors’ Society.
In November this year, she was also appointed to the Museums Commission operating at the Main Board of the Association of Art Historians in Warsaw. Through this activity, the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec is continually expanding its network of cooperation with museums throughout Poland and Europe.
