The hotline was established to help those who care about animal welfare. Since September 2019, more than 1,300 pieces of information have been provided. They very often concern suspected violations of the Animal Protection Act.
The hotline provides information concerning:
- the protection of homeless animals and prevention of their homelessness
- offences against animals
- issues concerning animal ownership and care of a companion animal
- the transport of companion animals
- keeping wild animals
- the protection of birds and other animals during the implementation of investments
Legal information includes:
- informing the caller about the applicable legal situation, their rights or their obligations
- indicating possible ways to resolve a given legal problem
The hotline is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00 at +48 695 902 335.
The hotline is intended for individuals, legal entities, organizations and institutions. The information is provided free of charge. The call price corresponds to the operator's rate. The regulations are available at: fundacjazwierz.org.
