Between 1 and 15 October, training for volunteer firefighter-rescuers responsible for directing rescue operations (OSP commanders) was held at the Bolesławiec County PSP Headquarters. The training was conducted by the Training Centre of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship PSP Headquarters. Uniformed officers said: “Thirty participants from Bolesławiec County passed the examination. The qualifications they acquired will allow the graduates to lead rescue operations at the intervention level, carried out in a danger zone or rescue operations zone.

- OSP Przejęsław – 1 person,
- OSP Ławszowa – 1 person,
- OSP Warta Bolesławiecka – 3 people,
