On Wednesday, October 26, ZSOiZ hosted a sushi-making workshop led by sushi master and school graduate Patryk Ulbrych. The sushi master works at KOKU SUSHI restaurant in Bolesławiec, which is also sponsoring the workshop. From October 29 to 31, with orders over PLN 100, KOKU SUSHI will give you a roll perfect for HALLOWEEN – FREE! It will be very tasty and very scary.
During the workshop, the students had the opportunity to learn about the history of sushi and learned how to prepare its basic forms in various styles. They also learned many important things about sushi ingredients: how to choose them and how to recognize good-quality ingredients. See their work in the photographs.
