On Sunday, October 23, another tournament for the Bolesławiec Municipality Mayor’s Cup was held, organized by Klub Szachowy Hetman Bolesławiec. Organizers:
As always, there were huge emotions, fierce competition, but above all, great fun.
The tournament was played using the Swiss system over 5 rounds. Twenty-four players took part in the competition. The arbiter was Jan Zatylny.
The tournament was won by Sławomir Graff. Michał Owczarz took second place, while Andrzej Kędzia finished third. An additional prize went to Julia Stachowiak – the only female participant in Sunday’s tournament.
