St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec informs:
Due to the epidemiological situation, a temporary restriction in the form of a ban on visiting patients in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec is being introduced as of 24 October 2022.
It adds:
Accordingly, you may obtain the necessary information by telephone. Information about the patient’s health, provided to an authorized person indicated in the medical records, is available at 75 738 00 11.
Update
As explained by Artur Nahorecki, director of medical services at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec, this is a preventive measure. Despite numerous requests, the regulations and limits on the number of visitors, it sometimes happened that, for 40 patients in the internal medicine department, there were twice as many visitors.
The effect? Patients began falling ill with, among other things, COVID-19 and influenza. That is why the hospital authorities made this decision.
