At the beginning of June, a competition committee appointed by the Bolesławiec County Board (whose members included, among others, Dariusz Kwaśniewski, a member of the County Board, Robert Rosiński, head of the Education, Culture and Sport Committee of the County Council, Alicja Krzyszczak, head of the Education, Culture, Physical Culture and Sport Department of the County Office, representatives of the education authorities and trade unions, as well as teachers) selected new directors for three county institutions.

Marek Łętowski will take over as head of the Youth Cultural Centre. Małgorzata Kowalska will become director of the County Youth Sociotherapy Centre in Iwiny, while Cezariusz Rudyk will head the County Centre for Education and Staff Training.

“All three candidates received 100% of the committee members’ votes. They are excellently prepared to manage our institutions,” says Dariusz Kwaśniewski. “And it could not be otherwise. Education is the County’s showcase. The new directors will certainly help consolidate our strong position on the educational map of Lower Silesia.”
