Piotr Waśniewski is an experienced manager in management, finance and sport, with more than 25 years of experience in management and supervisory positions. He served as president of the management boards of, among others, WKS Śląsk Wrocław, KKS Turów Zgorzelec and Centrozłom Wrocław, where he was responsible for strategy, finance, organisational development and cooperation with business partners. He also served on the supervisory boards of companies and organisations of nationwide importance, such as Ekstraklasa SA, Polska Liga Koszykówki SA and PKP LHS. He is currently also involved in investment, sports and tourism projects at the regional level.
His many years of managerial experience and ability to manage organisations effectively will provide significant reinforcement for the Company.
“Taking up the position of President of the Management Board of Dolnośląski Park Innowacji i Nauki SA is a great distinction for me, but also a responsible challenge. My goal will be to consistently implement the development directions set by the owner and further strengthen the Company’s position as an important centre supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. I believe that, thanks to the team’s commitment, we will effectively achieve ambitious goals and create new development opportunities for Lower Silesia,” says the newly appointed president.
The Company’s Management Board consists of two members. Marcin Psiuch continues to serve as Vice-President of the Management Board, a position he has held since March 2024. Together with the newly appointed President of the Management Board, he will continue efforts to develop the Company and implement its strategic objectives.
