Bolesławiec criminal investigators arrested a 38-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec municipality. KPP: – The man was wanted by the District Court in Bolesławiec because he has a six-month sentence to serve for a crime against his family.
That was not the end of it, however. In the apartment of the 38-year-old, who had been sentenced for abusing his family, police officers found cables originating from a crime. The result? The wanted man was additionally charged with three counts related to the theft of telecommunications cable. These crimes were committed during the summer in the areas of Zebrzydowa and Wykroty.
Through his activities, the suspect caused losses worth more than PLN 7,000. The man admitted his guilt. He now faces up to eight years in prison.
