By submitting an offer, the bidder declares that, during a personal inspection at the item's storage location, they familiarised themselves with its actual condition and accept it.
Vehicle mileage – the expert does not verify the authenticity of the mileage of the valued vehicle. Each bidder is obliged to verify this independently.
The expert does not verify the service history of the valued item or the validity of any warranty.
The list of equipment included in the valuation for the item concerned is prepared for valuation purposes and not to determine its completeness. The actual equipment may differ from that shown in the valuation.
The description of the fitted tyres indicates their approximate condition. If the vehicle remains stationary for an extended period, defects that were not present during the expert's inspection may emerge.
The item's technical condition may change in relation to that described in the expert's valuation due to its prolonged period of storage. We recommend verifying the date on which the valuation was prepared.
The paint thickness of individual components stated in the valuation is determined based on a paint-thickness gauge reading taken at one point on the body component concerned. This does not mean that the coating thickness is the same at other points on that component. Paint thickness corresponding to factory thickness does not mean that the vehicle has not previously undergone bodywork or paint repairs.
If a test drive cannot be performed, the expert does not verify the operation of the individual components of the valued item and does not take into account defects that may become apparent during a road test.
During the inspection, the expert is unable to verify the proper operation of all equipment fitted in the valued item.
Valuation elements such as the degree of wear of the valued item or the level of wear of its individual components constitute the expert's subjective assessment and do not provide a basis for reconstructing the item's condition.

In view of the above, the only source of information about the vehicle's technical condition and completeness is a personal inspection of the vehicle at its storage location. The valuations, descriptions and documents provided are for information purposes only. Nor can they serve as a basis for reconstructing the condition, colour and shade, equipment, completeness, wear or damage of the valued item.
