Applications may be submitted from 26 September 2022 (Monday) to 30 November 2022.:
- in person or through a proxy at the Customer Service Office of the City Hall, Bolesławiec, pl. Piłsudskiego 1a (office building), from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., tel. 075 645 64 54;
- by post to: Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Bolesławcu, ul. Cicha 7, 59-700 Bolesławiec;
- electronically via the ePUAP platform: /mopsboleslawiec/skrytka (the application must bear a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature or a personal signature in accordance with the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerisation of the activities of entities carrying out public tasks).
The allowance is available to a person in a household when all of the following conditions are met:
- the household’s main heat source is:
a solid-fuel boiler, fireplace, stove, air heater, kitchen range, cooking stove or tiled stove using wood pellets, piece wood or another type of biomass, or a gas boiler powered by liquefied LPG, or an oil boiler, and - the main heat source was reported or entered in the Central Register of Building Emissions by 11 August 2022, or after that date—in the case of main heating sources reported or entered for the first time in the Central Register of Building Emissions referred to in Article 27g(1) of the Act of 21 November 2008 on supporting thermal modernisation and renovations and on the Central Register of Building Emissions.
Under the Act, a household means:
- a natural person living and managing a household alone (a one-person household), or
- a natural person and persons related or unrelated to them who are in an actual relationship with them, live with them and manage a household together (a multi-person household).
If more than one household lives at the same residential address, one household allowance is available for all households living at that address.
The household allowance amounts to:
- PLN 3,000 – when the main heat source is a solid-fuel boiler powered by wood pellets or another type of biomass, excluding piece wood;
- PLN 1,000 – when the main heat source is a solid-fuel boiler, fireplace, stove, air heater, kitchen range, cooking stove or tiled stove powered by piece wood;
- PLN 500 – when the main heat source is a gas boiler powered by liquefied LPG (the allowance does not cover, in particular, natural gas distributed through the gas network—so-called network gas—or LPG from a so-called gas cylinder);
- PLN 2,000 – when the main heat source is an oil boiler.
The allowance is paid within one month of submitting the application and after receiving funds from the state budget.

Piłsudskiego 1a (office building), from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
