The Starost Tomasz Gabrysiak spoke, among other things, about the county’s schools during Wednesday’s session of the Bolesławiec County Council:
Admissions to upper-secondary schools have concluded. As a result of the recruitment process, 1,380 students were admitted to all types of schools, in 43 classes. In addition, two new classes were created at the first-degree vocational school at the Construction School Complex. I am very pleased that the Construction School Complex is now in its golden era.
The Starost added that as many as 180 students from outside Bolesławiec County were admitted to the first-year classes at county schools. – It seems to me that this is a large number – the head of the local government said.
(The county’s schools are also attended by 75 students from Ukraine).
