City Hall: – At Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 3, the children’s bathrooms have undergone a complete transformation. The worn-out bathroom facilities have been replaced with new sanitary equipment so that every child feels as comfortable and safe as possible in the new bathroom.

Officials add:

A basic requirement in a kindergarten is to provide access to a bathroom that meets sanitary and safety standards. It is important that the room is also adapted to the height and needs of preschool children.

The renovation of the bathrooms at MPP No. 3 included:

  • demolition of the existing toilet cubicles together with their fixtures,
  • removal of tiles and the substrate,
  • installation of new systems and insulation,
  • purchase and installation of cubicles with sanitary fixtures.

The work included, among other things: gypsum plastering, floors and wall coverings made of ceramic tiles, and painting. The renovation was carried out as part of the project “Modernisation of the MPP No. 3 building at 42a Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec, involving the renovation of sanitary facilities and the reconstruction of the playroom”. Project value: PLN 442,800. Contractor: Sigma Projekty-Instalacje from Bolesławiec. Funding: from the Bolesławiec City budget.

As part of the project “Construction of stands at the ‘Orlik’ field at Primary School No. 2 in Bolesławiec”, two sports changing-room buildings were demolished. The wooden buildings were located within the ‘Orlik’ sports complex at Słowackiego Street. Bolesławiec City Hall: – At the next stage, the installation of stands has been planned in place of the changing rooms. For this purpose, a base with a block-paved surface was prepared, with slopes shaped towards the stormwater drainage system. The project value is PLN 34,900. The works are being carried out by DS SPATIUM from Wrocław. The funds come from the Bolesławiec City budget.
