The incident occurred during the night from Saturday to Sunday. After 11 p.m., on Kościuszki Street near Kaufland, the driver of a Renault hit a pedestrian and fled.
A police patrol was immediately sent to the scene.
The injured man was taken to hospital with a leg injury. Unofficially, the pedestrian was under the influence of alcohol.
