The Mayor of the Town and Municipality of Węgliniec and the Director of the Municipal Culture Centre in Węgliniec cordially invite you to the 24th Mushroom Festival in Węgliniec, held in the Municipal Park on Saturday and Sunday, September 10–11. The Mushroom Festival is the hallmark of Węgliniec and the Municipality; thanks to it, mushroom-picking enthusiasts and anyone wishing to discover the beauty and flavours of the Lower Silesian forests come to the town.
On Saturday, September 10, the programme will include a cycling rally, the “I Run Because I Like the Forest” race, and the Mushroom Parade. The evening’s headline act will be Grubson, a Polish rapper and music producer.
On Sunday, September 11, there will be the traditional Mushroom-Picking Championships and Great Cooking with Mayor Mariusz Wieczorek. The performers will include Katarzyna Pakosińska as well as the Abba Show and Bony M Show.
