On 28 August this year, firefighters from the technical rescue group in Bolesławiec took part in an operation on the 10th kilometre of the A4 motorway in Zgorzelec County, where a passenger car and a truck collided.
The uniformed officers add:
The Bolesławiec firefighters’ actions involved lifting the rear of the trailer, removing the left front and rear doors of the passenger vehicle using hydraulic tools, and evacuating two people from inside it.
They add: – Three people were travelling in the passenger car; one of them died at the scene, while the other two were taken to hospital.
