Opałkowa Chata restaurant operated for nearly 20 years by the Bolesławiec bypass. It was a place for Sunday dinners and a great stop for tourists. Family celebrations and ceremonies were held there. The menu mainly featured traditional Polish cuisine: pierogi, grilled meats, sour rye soup, and lard served with a slice of bread as an appetizer. The restaurant was also pet-friendly.

Bolesławiec has more and more good restaurants, so we certainly will not be short of them. For traditional Polish cuisine, you can visit Kruszyna restaurant in Kruszyna, which is known for its tasty, generous portions and has a convenient parking lot for tourists. In the city center, we have the excellent Winestone restaurant at the Ibis hotel, where they also serve excellent breaded pork cutlets, while introducing Bolesławiec residents to cuisines from different regions of the world. And we are eagerly awaiting the opening of the new NOMO restaurant and pastry shop, which is preparing many treats for us.
