Construction is underway on a modern warehouse and office facility for courier company DPD Polska.

The facility is being built on the site of the former Restaurant of Motel Prnjavor.

As reported by investmap.pl:

PROPCO, a developer focused on small warehouse facilities, has finalized a transaction concerning the development of a property for DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. A BTS (Build To Suit) facility will be built in Bolesławiec, providing a total of 2,500 sq m of modern cross-dock space.

This is the first project carried out for DPD Polska as part of the developer program for regional small-format last-mile logistics facilities.

The investment is scheduled for completion at the turn of 2022 and 2023.
