The matter of the shelter in the village of Czerna was described by local uniformed officers:
The firefighters took care of the cleanup!!!
If you use something that was made for everyone, take care of it!!!
May it serve us for as long as possible!!!
And they explained:
The mess is not everything: broken benches, tables covered in graffiti, and shattered bottles everywhere.
They also added:
If someone is caught destroying property, consequences will be drawn immediately.
We have written many times in these pages about the mess and destruction that partygoers/vandals leave behind in various places across our county. Often, when the matter concerned the City of Ceramics, we asked either the municipal police or the Municipal Housing Management Company for comment. We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated completely. We know that the services cannot be stationed in one place around the clock.
Perhaps it is therefore worth ONCE AGAIN—certainly extremely naively—appealing to fans of spending time outdoors (and drinking or taking drugs) to, firstly, take their rubbish with them. And secondly—not to demolish something that is a shared public asset. Let them use this energy in a more creative and meaningful way.
It is worth adding that an act of vandalism of this kind may result in a penalty ranging from three months to as much as five years in prison.
