The announcement by the Electoral Commissioner in Jelenia Góra reads:

The decision was made because, in the repeat election, KAWKA Ryszard Jan, nominated by the KWW RYSZARDA KAWKI committee, received the required number of votes.

Candidate Ryszard Kawka received 948 valid votes and will replace the late Dariusz Pawliszy.
