The incident took place during the night of July 26–27 in Szczytnica. A 21-year-old man apprehended a drunk driver. Police were called to the scene.
The reporting person's suspicions proved correct. The 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was intoxicated. The test showed 0.6 per mille of alcohol in his system.
