A resident of Bolesławiec who wishes to remain anonymous wrote to us about electric scooters:
If you are from Bolesławiec and do not have a paid subscription, you pay a PLN 75 fine. But what about parking scooters?
And added: – Like in this case—in the middle of the pavement? Who should enforce order, and how large a fine should the owner of these vehicles pay? What about safety?
He also noted:
Here, the scooters were left in the middle of the pavement, by a bus shelter. What if someone getting off a bus trips over one and splits their head open or breaks an arm? Or someone runs along the pavement and crashes into it with a similar result?
