Shortly after midnight on Saturday (9 July), a passenger car caught fire in Iwiny. The car was parked next to a residential building, putting the entire building at risk of fire.
Firefighters brought the situation under control, and the fire did not spread to the building. No one was injured in the incident. Unfortunately, the car was completely destroyed by fire.
Firefighting units from the Warta Bolesławiecka Volunteer Fire Department and the Bolesławiec State Fire Service took part in the operation.
