The “Prevention of Eye Diseases in Children” program covers first-grade pupils attending Bolesławiec public primary schools. The examinations are carried out on the basis of lists prepared by school principals and an established schedule. The expected completion date for the examinations is June 21, 2010. Funding for the program comes from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec.
The program is carried out by Indywidualna Specjalistyczna Praktyka Lekarska. Elżbieta Ośko. The examinations are performed in Bolesławiec at al. Tysiąclecia 10a (“Chumed”).
