According to preliminary information, the girl was cycling along the pavement on aleja Tysiąclecia together with three other children. At the exit from one of the properties, the 13-year-old fell over. A car was also driving there at the time. It is not yet clear whether the child fell after colliding with the car or fell off her bicycle in front of the vehicle.
The incident was recorded by a camera. The camera owner says that the footage does not show the child being hit by the car. It is possible that the girl lightly brushed against the vehicle.
The police are establishing the details of the incident.
